• All products are handmade or upcycled, and slight variations may occur.

• Custom or upcycled pieces may take 7–10 business days for processing.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. Usiru does not store any payment information.

4. Shipping Policy

• Domestic Shipping (India): Flat rate of ₹150 per order. Delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery can take 10–20 business days.

• Customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes, if applicable.

• Tracking details will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

• Usiru is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• No returns are accepted.

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for size/style changes (subject to availability).

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Customers bear the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
